Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ??? Family Medicine (Outpatient Only) Location: Near Unionville, TNSchedule: Full-Time, Days (Rotating Weekends)Specialization: Family Medicine (Without Obstetrics) Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established primary care team near Unionville, Tennessee. This is a rewarding full-time opportunity in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient practice focused on providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based primary care in an outpatient setting Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups Collaborate with physicians and APPs to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts Qualifications: Board Certified NP or PA Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Tennessee DEA certification with full prescriptive authority Strong clinical and communication skills Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required A genuine commitment to patient-centered care Practice Highlights: Join a well-established, efficiently run outpatient practice Collaborative team includes 2 physicians and 3 APPs Monday???Friday schedule (no nights or inpatient duties) Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and professional dues covered Paid malpractice insurance No state income tax in Tennessee About the Community: Located near Unionville, TN, this opportunity offers the charm of small-town living with convenient access to urban amenities.
