Job Description:
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join
our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our facility,
renowned for excellence in rehabilitation services and long-term

facilitators of recovery and healing. The ideal candidate will have
a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment
to helping patients regain their functionality after significant
health events such as surgeries, injuries, or illnesses. Monitor
patient health and maintain accurate records of vitals and
progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
the attending healthcare provider. Assist in the development and
implementation of patient care plans. Provide physical and
emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with
a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Educate
patients and their families on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities. Profound patient
management aptitude. Ability to work effectively in a team.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in the
state of employment. CPR certification.
