Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center invites qualified candidates
to apply for the role of Lead Cardiac EP Technologist. Located at
our modern facility in Nashville, Tennessee, this position offers
the opportunity to be at the forefront of cardiac health,
specializing in electrophysiology (EP). As a leader in our
Cardiology department, you will oversee and participate in the
diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias alongside top-tier
specialists. This role demands precision, leadership, and a
commitment to patient-centered care, providing a critical service
within a comprehensive array of medical services. Supervise and
train staff within the Electrophysiology (EP) lab. Operate and
maintain advanced EP equipment during diagnostic procedures and
cardiac interventions. Coordinate with cardiologists to plan and
execute complex EP studies. Ensure compliance with health and
safety protocols specific to the EP lab. Analyze and interpret EP
data, contributing to patient assessments and treatment plans.
Manage EP lab scheduling and administrative duties for optimal
department function. Stay updated with advancements in EP
technology and techniques. Proficient in operating EP systems and
interpreting complex cardiology data. Strong leadership and team
management abilities. Excellent communication skills across
multidisciplinary teams. Ability to handle high-stress situations
calmly and effectively. Detailed knowledge of cardiac
pathophysiology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
