qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a Registered Nurse skilled in Stepdown care to support patients
in a cardiac stepdown unit. This contract position offers a dynamic
environment where your expertise will contribute to exceptional
patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess cardiac
patients in a stepdown setting, managing a 1:4 patient ratio to
ensure close attention and quality care. Administer medications,
treatments, and interventions according to established protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Utilize ACLS and BLS skills to respond
effectively to patient emergencies. Document patient condition,
care provided, and any changes in status accurately and timely.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Georgia RN license
is required. Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) mandatory. Previous
experience in cardiac stepdown nursing preferred. Strong clinical
assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work
effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Location
