team in Bridgeport, WV, providing expert care in a Stepdown/Med
Surg unit. This 13-week contract opportunity focuses on delivering
specialized nursing care to patients with respiratory issues,
weakness, UTIs, AKI, and chest pain. Care for patients in a 20-bed
unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 in Stepdown and 1:5-6 on
the floor, supported by experienced nurse aides and respiratory
therapists. Qualifications & Experience: Registered Nurse with
Stepdown unit experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications
required Ability to titrate drips, including Heparin, insulin,
Cardizem, and amiodarone Comfortable working with ventilator
equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen Familiarity
with tele-monitoring; RNs are responsible for reading cardiac

orientation program Schedule: 12-hour shifts Rotate holiday
coverage (day and evening shifts) Weekend requirement: 3 shifts
every 4 weeks No call or standby duties No floating to other units
