Job Description Neurologist (New Graduates Accepted) - Huntsville, AL Job Type: Full-Time Overview: A leading medical practice in Huntsville is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join their team. This is a primarily outpatient role with minimal hospital coverage, no stroke call, and limited on-call responsibilities. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and manage neurological disorders through exams and testing Interpret neuroimaging and prescribe treatments Counsel patients on neurological care and medication management Collaborate with residents and multidisciplinary teams Requirements: MD or DO with completed Neurology residency ABPN board certified/eligible Alabama medical license (or eligibility) DEA license USMLE completed Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours 5 calls/month (1 week block); no stroke call On-call pay: $300/call after year one Benefits: $350K salary 401(k) with match CME allowance 4 weeks PTO Malpractice insurance Credentialing support Sign-on and relocation assistance available Patient Demographics: Adults (18) Mix of new and follow-up visits Interview Process: 1 phone interview 1 in-person interview
