compassionate Acute Care Nurse PRN to join our dynamic team. This

Nurse PRN, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a
fast-paced environment, addressing patients' immediate and acute
needs. You will work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support our
commitment to the health and well-being of our community. Provide
direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health and progress while effectively communicating with the care
team to ensure proper patient treatment. Administer medications,
document patient files, and respond to emergencies with precision
and efficacy. Educate patients and their families on illness and
preventative care, establishing a compassionate environment by
providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
Participate in clinical trials and stay updated with advancements
in healthcare to enhance treatment protocols. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency in electronic health record
systems Capability to perform under stress in emergency situations
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
