Qualifications The Quality Coordinator maintains and coordinates
timely policies and procedures maintenance, review/revision,
posting, and distribution. The Coordinator organizes and maintains
systematic data collection and flow of information between
departments and into applicable committees. What you will do in
this role: - Track renewal dates of policies and procedures to
ensure timely notification of owners for review. - Ensure receipt
of reviewed policies and procedures for timely posting. - Notify
appropriate management staff when posting of policies and
procedures is completed. - Organize and maintain Department and
Committee Quality and Regulatory Reporting Calendar to ensure
timely and compliant reporting. - Notify owner of report in a
timely manner to facilitate receipt of report for appropriate
meeting. - Develop, coordinate, and maintain Medical Necessity
Review Calendar. - Establish good working relationships with
Medical Staff and Facility Staff. - Participate in Performance
Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement as
required. What qualifications you will need: - Current licensure as
a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state
required. - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. - 4 years of
related clinical experience required. - 2 years of QA/PI experience
preferred. TriStar Centennial Medical Center is a 740 bed
