The successful candidate will be integral in delivering high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This position requires adaptability, high stress management, and the ability to work flexibly on an as-needed basis without a set schedule. Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency care settings. Assess patient conditions through careful observation and the use of diagnostic tests. React effectively under pressure, make quick decisions, and manage health care emergencies. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Interact with patients, families, and hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety guidelines. Profound knowledge of emergency care processes and protocols Ability to operate medical equipment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Capability to handle high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or Compact State Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (preferred)
