Job Description Pain Management Physician – Gadsden, AL Specialty: Pain Management / Interventional Pain Medicine Employment Type: Full?Time – Outpatient / Clinic / Private Practice Setting Location: Gadsden, Alabama, United States About the Role: We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Pain Management Physician to join a growing clinical team in Gadsden, AL. This physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, using a combination of interventional procedures and evidence?based medical management. You will work in a collaborative, patient?focused environment committed to restoring function and improving quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical exam, and diagnostic interpretation Develop individualized pain management strategies tailored to patient needs Provide interventional procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, injections, pain procedures) as indicated Prescribe medications and adjunct therapies appropriately Educate patients and families about treatment options and expectations Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Qualifications : MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or equivalent specialty Active, unrestricted medical license in Alabama Strong clinical and procedural skills Excellent communication and patient?care abilities Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual compensation: approximately $365,000 – $550,000 depending on experience and structure. • According to regional salary data for Pain Management Physicians in Alabama, average annual pay commonly falls in the mid?$300,000s, with top compensation potential (and bonus/incentive structures) well above this range. • We are open to discussing compensation structure, including base bonus, productivity incentives, or tailored packages to attract top talent.
