Conduct patient assessments and evaluate physical condition and needs. Develop treatment plans based on medical histories and patient goals. Implement physical therapy interventions as prescribed, focusing on maintaining or improving mobility and reducing pain. Educate patients and their families on follow-up care and healthy lifestyle choices. Coordinate with healthcare team to deliver a continuum of care. Document patient care and progress comprehensively. Excellent patient assessment skills Strong interpersonal communication abilities Proficiency in creating and implementing customized care plans Expertise in a variety of physical therapy techniques and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. CPR certification preferred.
