care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, supporting
critically ill newborns and their families with expert clinical
skills and compassionate care. This contract opportunity offers a

welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
nursing care to neonates in the NICU adhering to established
protocols. Monitor and assess newborns' conditions, recognizing and
responding to changes promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social
workers. Maintain accurate patient records and document nursing
interventions. Educate and support families concerning care plans
and infant health needs. Qualifications: Current and valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
nursing experience required. Must possess all required
certifications prior to assignment start (may include BLS, NRP, and
others as stipulated by client). Ability to provide evidence of
compliance with the latest certification requirements. Commitment
to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards.
Additional Information: Orientation sessions are held weekly on
Mondays. Candidates must be located more than 60 miles from the
facility to qualify for travel consideration. The healthcare
setting includes access to a full spectrum of diagnostic and
treatment facilities such as Emergency Rooms, Cardiac Cath Lab,
Sleep Lab, multiple Operating Rooms, and advanced Radiology
