How you’ll make an impact in this role - Human Capital Management: Oversees recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while mentoring staff to maintain high clinical standards. - Strategic Operations: Exercises independent judgment to manage staff assignments based on patient acuity and provides data-backed justifications for productivity variances. - Conflict Resolution: Serves as the primary point of contact for patient care complaints and navigates organizational channels to resolve grievances. - Logistics & Prioritization: Ensures the unit is fully equipped with necessary supplies and dynamically shifts priorities to meet changing patient or physician needs. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date reqired. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
