Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Surgical Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our dynamic surgical team. As a CST, you will be an essential part of the operating room, ensuring procedures run smoothly by anticipating the needs of the surgical team and maintaining the sterile field. Your key responsibilities will include preparing operating rooms, sterilizing instruments, organizing surgical tools, and passing equipment to surgeons during procedures. You’ll also assist with patient positioning, specimen handling, and surgical site preparation. A strong understanding of surgical procedures across multiple specialties—such as orthopedics, OB/GYN, cardiovascular, and general surgery—is essential to provide efficient and proactive support. This role demands excellent communication skills, fine motor coordination, and the ability to stay focused and calm in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. You will play a direct role in patient safety and successful outcomes by ensuring strict adherence to sterile technique and surgical protocols.
