Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vitals and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide physical and emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Profound patient management aptitude. Ability to work effectively in a team. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
