Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Located in a serene, home-like setting, our center is committed to facilitating full recoveries with personalized care plans and advanced treatment methods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to supervising medical staff Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide basic patient care and treatments, like dressing wounds, administering medication, and collecting blood samples Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Proficient in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate medical records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in the state of employment CPR certification
