Physical Therapist Location: Paris, TN Agency: Jackson Therapy
Partners Pay: $2,032 to $2,232 per week Shift Information: Days - 5
days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a

traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover
from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life

Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical
Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active
State Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of
assignment in Tennessee. BLS Certification required from AHA or
ARC. Experience or clinical education in skilled nursing facility
(SNF) setting required. New graduates acceptable if they have SNF
clinical experience. Prior experience with point-of-service
electronic documentation systems preferred. NetHealth experience is
preferred. Client requires coverage model of PT and PTA or two PTs;
candidate should be able to work within this staffing structure.
Experience working with short-term, long-term, and outpatient
populations preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled
Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Facility capacity: 136 beds
providing short-term, long-term, and outpatient care.
Documentation: Point-of-service documentation will be required and
is expected to influence continued placement for clinicians who
choose to extend. Float requirement: Candidate may be required to
