Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Paris, TN Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,328 to $1,528 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Tennessee PTA license or ability to obtain state license prior to start. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates accepted if they have SNF clinical experience. Experience with point-of-service documentation systems preferred. Facility uses NetHealth and expects productivity targets (approximately 88% productivity). Ability to coordinate with a small therapy team; current staffing includes PT plus one more PTA or two PTs. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (short-term, long-term, and outpatient care). Shift: Days. Patient census: 136-bed facility. Documentation: NetHealth point-of-service documentation is used. Team structure: Collaborative work with onsite PTs and PTAs; caseload coordination expected.
