Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse Medical/Oncology to join our team in Williamson,
WV. This position focuses on providing comprehensive healthcare and
specialized oncological support to patients within our
community-centered health facility. Our goal is to combine clinical
excellence with a compassionate approach, ensuring individualized
treatment that aligns with our innovative local health programs.
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the standards of
oncology practice. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer
chemotherapy and manage side-effects in oncology patients. Educate
patients and families on disease processes, treatment, and
self-care skills. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to
appropriate personnel. Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare
laws, regulations, and standards. Strong clinical skills in
oncology and medical nursing. Proficient in administering
chemotherapy and managing cancer patient care. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a
multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of West
Virginia. Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) preferred.
