How you’ll make an impact in this role - Protocol-Driven Care: Delivering direct medical treatment while maintaining strict compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. - Clinical Vigilance: Continuously assessing patient status, updating care plans, and documenting clinical changes to ensure data-driven treatment. - Interdisciplinary Liaison: Serving as the central point of contact for the entire healthcare team (doctors, therapists, etc.) to ensure a unified approach. - Execution & Advocacy: Directly carrying out medical orders and advocating for the patient's specific care needs within the team. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. - Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. - Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
