Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a visionary Director
of Physician Practices to elevate our community-focused care model.
This leadership role is pivotal in managing our extensive network
of physician practices and aligning them with our mission to
innovate and adapt healthcare solutions, tailored specifically to
meet the needs of Williamson, WV. The role requires strategic
management skills and a deep commitment to community health
development. Develop and implement strategic plans for all
physician practices under the Williamson Health umbrella. Oversee
the recruitment, retention, and development of medical staff.
Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with
healthcare regulations. Manage budgets, optimize financial
resources, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with
healthcare providers, staff, and stakeholders to foster an
environment of excellence and innovation. Monitor and adapt to
healthcare trends, technologies, and best practices to continually
improve service delivery. Strategic planning Leadership and team

Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Preferred:
