Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Scrub Tech to join our team in Williamson, WV. This role is pivotal in supporting our surgical teams and enhancing patient care by ensuring all operating rooms are prepared with the necessary instruments and supplies. Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments Assemble, organize, and adjust surgical equipment and tools Assist surgical teams during procedures by handing them the necessary instruments Ensure all instruments and supplies follow health and safety standards Collaborate with nurses and other surgical staff to manage workflows effectively Knowledge of sterilization techniques Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Strong organizational skills Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
