Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Scrub Tech to join our team. This role is crucial in assisting during surgeries by ensuring that the operating room is ready, sterile, and equipped with necessary supplies. As part of our commitment to community health and innovative care, the selected individual will play a key role in supporting surgical teams and enhancing patient outcomes in Williamson, WV. Prepare operating rooms for surgery including ensuring cleanliness and functionality of surgical instruments and supplies. Assist surgical teams during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent contamination. Follow all surgical protocols and procedures to support patient safety. Assist in the turnover of operating rooms between surgeries. Monitor and restock surgical supplies as needed. Proficiency in sterilization techniques Strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain calm in stressful situations Keen attention to detail Effective communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred. BLS certification required.
