Position: Manager, Strategic Initiatives The Manager, Strategic Initiatives plays a critical role in advancing high-priority enterprise initiatives by partnering closely with the Chief of Staff to drive structure, alignment, and execution. This role blends strategic project leadership with hands-on execution, owning discrete workstreams while ensuring enterprise priorities progress effectively. This role is designed for a highly analytical and self-directed professional with a background in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous environment, who thrives in ambiguity and operates effectively with limited oversight. This position is in Brentwood, TN. Responsibilities Lead strategic and operational initiatives from initial scoping through execution, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and outcomes. Manage complex, cross-functional priorities by aligning stakeholders, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Translate executive-level direction into structured plans, detailed analyses, and actionable outputs (e.g., presentations, financial models, and recommendations). Develop and refine materials for Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and supporting analyses. Facilitate coordination across functions to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and recommend solutions to ensure successful initiative delivery. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience required in top tier consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous, analytical environment. Exposure to healthcare or strong interest in the health sector. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, insight generation and output quality. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build executive-ready materials and perform complex analyses. Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Structured problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Clear, concise, and effective communicator, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
