Locum Tenens Hospitalist Opportunity in Tennessee

We are currently seeking experienced Hospitalists to join our team near Wartrace, Tennessee. This 136-bed, award-winning hospital has a strong reputation for outstanding emergency, cardiology, neurology, and orthopedic services.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Hospitalist
• Default Rate Type: Hourly with Malpractice and Agency %
• Number of Providers Needed: 5
• Shift Type: Varied
• Estimated Shifts: 5
• Shift Description: 6:30am-6:30pm, 6:30pm-6:30am
• Weekend Requirements: Yes
• On Call Requirements: No

Mandated Job Requirements:

• Must have TN license at the time of Name Clear Submission.
• Minimum two years experience. No new grads.
• Must have a completed residency in IM or FM to Qualify.

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS
• DEA

License Requirements:

• Tennessee

Job Description:

• ICU is Open - HM Team will round on ICU patients
• Average Admissions: Days 7-9, Nights 5-6
• No Procedures Required
• Hospitalist responds to codes with EM & Intensivist backup
• EMR: MediTech
• No Vent Management
• Current Patient Census: 18-20
• APP Shift Times: 7a-7p & 2p-12a
