Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or guest needs. Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Utilize basic computer skills to manage reservations and payments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Work Experience The preferred candidate might: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in hotel front desk or hospitality roles. Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Technology: Experience with hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferred. Personality: Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented.
