This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and hospitality-driven service. What Youll Do Lead and develop spa team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and service execution Drive guest satisfaction, retail performance, and profitability Monitor KPIs, inventory, attendance, and service standards Uphold brand, safety, and quality expectations daily Lead morning huddles and partner with leadership on weekly goals What Were Looking For Leadership experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury service environments Strong people-management and operational skills Comfort with performance metrics, accountability, and retail strategy Calm, confident leadership style with high standards Why Youll Love This Role You lead with intention This isnt a put out fires role.
