Location: Monterey, TN
Description: Large manufacturing company is seeking a Human
Resources Managers. This is a non-union facility.
Responsibilities:
Manage all HR functions in a large manufacturing plant of 400
employees
Manage and mentor HR staff in facility
Generalist responsibilities
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding
Report to Plant Manager and corporate HR
Requirements: Minimum BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or other
comparable major
5+ years HR management experience in the manufacturing industry
Non-union plant experience
Company will provide a generous salary/bonus, benefits, and
