For more than 25 years, the Atlas Management team has provided Management and Human Resources solutions to businesses and employment opportunities to individuals. Atlas Management is hiring a HRIS Specialist for a major corporation in the Brentwood, TN area. This 4-5 month contract is seeking for the individual who enjoys reports, data management and human resource administrative task. This hybrid position is a great way to work with a dynamic HR team that could lead to a lot of possibilities. HRIS Specialist Hybrid (3 days in office) $28-$30 per hour M-F, 8a-5p The Specialist will work a 4 to 5 month project that will be in two phases supporting two projects: Phase 1 - 4 -5 weeks. Building Database for our physicians. Specialist will transition data from paper to system. Phase 2 - 4 months. Will involve working with our talent management team lead. They need to have experience working with PPT, Excel, data entry supporting Provide notetaking during department meetings and follow up notes. Administrative task as needed Must have: Minimum 3 years of human resource experience Intermediate/Advance skills in HRIS systems Intermediate/Advance Excel skills Data management skills
