HCA Healthcare invites applications for the role of Human
Resources Vice President. As a pivotal leader within our
organization, this role focuses on enhancing our mission to deliver

professionals. This top-tier executive will lead HCA Healthcares
strategic human resources functions across nearly 2,000 sites of
care, driving initiatives that prioritize employee engagement,
development, and organizational effectiveness to meet the evolving
needs of the healthcare sector. The VP will partner closely with
senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals,
ensuring that HCA continues to attract, develop, and retain the
best talent in the industry. Develop and execute HR strategies that
align with our organizational goals and healthcare standards. Lead
talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to
support workforce needs and performance. Partner with senior
management to cultivate an organizational culture that upholds high
ethical standards, inclusion, and diversity. Manage succession
planning and leadership development initiatives to prepare the
organization for future growth. Monitor and ensure compliance with
federal, state, and industry-specific regulatory requirements
concerning employment. Oversee compensation programs, including
benefits and salary structures, ensuring competitive and equitable
practices to attract and retain top talent. Drive wellness and
employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a healthier and
more productive work environment. Proven leadership and
organizational development skills. Strong communication and
interpersonal abilities. Expertise in strategic planning and
execution. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and healthcare
regulations. Competency in change management and conflict
resolution. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
or similar certification preferred.
