Job Description:

Our client, which is a leading coffee manufacturer, is currently looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist to add to their team. This is a company that has had crazy growth, and in doing so needs additional tech support to help with their office and warehouse locations in Manchester, TN.

Right now, they are a large Windows shop that work a bit with some of G-Suite. Ideally, they are in need of someone who is skilled with tier 2 and tier 3 based support and has excellent knowledge of Windows based platforms and applications. If you are skilled with Azure AD/Entra, O365/M365, and/or Intune, then this is an excellent opportunity for you. Any experience with JIRA or ServiceNow for ticketing, then that would be a plus.

This is a 9 month contract-to-hire role. Will be onsite 4 days in their Manchester, TN facility. Pay rate is between $25-30/hr, with a conversion salary around $50-60K plus benefits.

This role is full-time. Onsite two days a week out of their north Dallas, Texas office. Salary will come in between $100-110K plus bonus and benefits.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of IT Support
• Proven Windows experience - Azure AD/Entra, Intune, O365, M365, Exchange, etc.
• Any knowledge of scripting would be a plus - PowerShell, Bash, etc.
• Strong communication skills as this roll will support their manufacturing warehouse along with top level executives. The Offer
