Job Description:

HRIS Data Entry & Support Contractor (2 Openings) On Site Decatur, AL Client is seeking two detail-oriented and tech-savvy contractors to support a fast-paced HR transition during a company integration. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate employee data setup and validation within our HRIS platform (UKG). Key Responsibilities: Quickly learn and navigate the UKG (HRIS) system through training provided. Perform clerical tasks, including data entry of employee information. Set up employees in the system to ensure accurate payroll and benefits enrollment. Conduct quality checks to validate accuracy of employee records. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or system issues in coordination with HR. Qualifications: Prior experience with UKG or other HRIS platforms is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Availability to start immediately and commit to the full assignment duration.
