Job Description:
Title: Financial Analyst - Onsite Description: Completes
financial planning and reporting activities. Performs financial
analysis regarding trends, financial structure, asset, cash and
liabilities, etc. Analyses and monitors key performance indicators
and business performance, and creates regular reports to
management. Carries out a range of operational tasks and project
work in the area of expertise as assigned by superior. May or may
not be specialized in any kind of financial area. The Month End
Closing activities for the BU will be one of the key
responsibilities ensuring our books and records are auditable and
IFRG conform. You will support the transformation into a digital
controlling environment by implementing modern front-end tools,
training the employees, and promoting digitalization projects. You
will closely control all relevant business KPIs, including but not
limited to volume development, Profit Development, Headcount, FCF,
etc. and ensure the achievement of targets within each. Where
deviations are found you will take corrective actions with the team
to bring the transparency. You will have a thorough understanding
of each KPI and deviations of such The regular profitability-,
trend- and variance-analysis on BU level will allow you to make
suggestions and advise management The monthly performance reviews
with the segments will be prepared by yourself indicating focus
topics for each discussion and adapting the content of reviews to
the business needs May also contribute to the (further) development
of concepts and standards in the area of expertise based on
operational experience. May include functional leadership. Impacts:

how, methods, tools and principles, and applies to differing and
variable situations. Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to
contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of
guidelines, methods, tools or business processes. Key

experience in their field of work and qualification. Experience: 2
years or Master Entry. Knowledge: Good knowledge in a technical
field or business method including the basic theoretical
background. Develops basic business understanding. Contributes to
team effort, awareness of expected value add. May improve
processes, business methods or technical components
