Job Description:

U.S. Tsubaki, a leader in innovative automotive solutions, is seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our Tennessee team within our Transportation & Logistics department. This role is crucial for managing the movement and storage of materials within our facility, particularly focusing on our Atra-Flex product line high-quality flexible couplings used across various critical applications. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations in our warehouse by handling goods effectively, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall production flow. Efficiently load, unload, sort, and transfer materials throughout the facility Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and proficiently Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval and stock monitoring Collaborate with logistics and production teams to optimize workflow and material placement Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prepare reports Follow strict safety guidelines and company standards at all times within the warehouse environment Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift Certification preferred OSHA safety training certification is a plus
