full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Gadsden, AL.
Opportunities are available on OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets,
primarily operating east of I?35. We provide steady freight,
reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and
benefits package with benefits beginning on day one. We hire
experienced drivers as well as recent CDL school graduates who meet
the paid training eligibility requirement of at least 120 hours of
instruction. What we offer Stable W-2 employment with year?round
freight and consistent work Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per
week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay varies by
experience and route. Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week
program for new graduates who meet the required training hours
Bonus opportunities for safety and performance Home time: Weekly or
every two weeks depending on fleet assignment Late-model equipment:
Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors Day-one

paid orientation Typical day on the job Safely operate a Class A
tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations Haul
no?touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for
major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet
pickup and delivery commitments Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip
reports, and DVIRs Communicate professionally with dispatch,
customers, and team members Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip
inspections Who we are looking for Valid Class A CDL Experienced
drivers are welcome; new graduates eligible if they have at least
120 hours of formal CDL instruction Satisfactory driving record and
a strong safety focus Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment
