This role focuses on the strategic scheduling and planning of manufacturing processes to optimize resources, ensure timely delivery of projects, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to meet project timelines and budget constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess project needs and resources, adjusting plans as required. Monitor production progress against deadlines and milestones, reporting status to management teams. Identify potential bottlenecks or disruptions in the production cycle and develop contingency plans. Work closely with supply chain and procurement departments to align material availability with production schedules. Implement and uphold Lockheed Martin's standards for quality, ethical practices, and safety in all production activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in production planning software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar certification is preferred.
