Our client is looking for a Dedicated Leader who will be
responsible for community outreach efforts in all minority
communities and responsible for increasing lending activities.
Ideal candidates will have previous mortgage banking, loan
origination and community outreach experience.
Focus on identifying outreach and engagement opportunities
within the minority communities including but not limited to the
African-American and Hispanic community.
Must be a self-starter, build the tools, create and execute a
specific plan of action, disciplined and consistent approach.
Present a tactical plan for success created around the Impact
Filter for Housing.
Effectively communicate, engage, educate, train and position the
bank to help the minority borrower.
Identify mission based organizational opportunities through
community involvement and networking.
Focus on business development and relationship building with
community leaders while building a bridge between business
development and obtaining home ownership.
Leader must possess a servant's heart and strong-interpersonal

Ability to identify and obtain affiliations/membership within
organizations are crucial for diversity and inclusion.
This position will originate as well as support Loan Originators
and recruit Loan Originators who serve the Affordable Housing

strategies, documenting efforts, achievements and areas of

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in mortgage banking preferred
Proven track record of community outreach required
