Management Position Summary: HTF Managers are responsible for
enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to
achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. We are
deeply committed to excellence and reward our employees for their
strong performance. Our Managers have responsibility for managing
the daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring delivery on
guest satisfaction, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (i.e.,
increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The
Manager leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial
controls, operations, people development, guest service and
compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
Management Responsibilities Include:
Leads Crew Leaders and Crew Members to consistently deliver
outstanding service and a quality experience to every guest.
Motivates and directs the Crew to exceed customer expectations
with fast, accurate, friendly service in a clean and inviting
Assumes full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss
management by implementing marketing strategies, following cash
control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing
labor and reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant
Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting,
hiring, training and retaining effective crew talent.
Supports cultural initiatives of the Company and drive the CORE
Provides coaching and feedback to employees and managers on team
stations, products, processes and policies.
Ensures company standards on equipment, facility and grounds are
maintained by using a preventative maintenance program.
Coaches, counsels and disciplines crew members as necessary.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience (1 or more year supervisory) in
the restaurant industry.
Possess leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to hire, train, and coach employees and foster an
environment of teamwork.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor
and train a diverse team.
Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
