Job Description:

Role: Call Center Representative 2 years long term contract Pay: 17/hr.Location: Lewisburg, TN Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMTraining: Training is two and a half weeks long. It will take place on-site. Description: Agents could take up to 50 calls per day and log each call in our system as well as enter up to 50 transactions in our system.Manage large amounts of incoming calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers. Needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customersSpecific Responsibilities for this position may include:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Entering accurate ordering information into a company system.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)

    • Agents must type 50 + WPM
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
