Job Description:
Cleaning Specialists are responsible for cleaning and
maintaining the buildings to meet customer standards.
Responsibilities--- Service, clean, and supply restrooms--- Gather
and empty trash--- Dust furniture, walls, and equipment--- Clean
and polish furniture and fixtures--- Clean floors and stairways by
sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming--- Clean windows, glass, and
mirrors--- Spot clean and extract carpets--- Sanitize, scrub,
strip, and finish floors--- Inspect grounds and parking lot and
remove litter and debris--- Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and
organized--- Follow manufacturer's specifications for preparing
chemicals and using equipment--- Ensure building doors and windows
are secure and locked--- Report to supervisor needed repairs,
safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service---
Follow all company policies and procedures--- Perform other duties
as assigned by Area Supervisor or Area Manager JB.0.00.LN
