First Farmers and Merchants Bank is seeking a Level 3 Platform
Administrator to join our team in Columbia. This position involves
assisting with the administration, configuration, and training team
members on supported platforms. The position will provide end user
support to bank team members, work with vendor support and IT to
install, configure, and troubleshoot platforms. Successful
applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office products such
as Excel and Word.

Level 3 Platform Administrator
Has overall knowledge and responsibility for the bank's platform
applications. Serves as a resource in platform development to help
identify potential new products, enhance current products, identify
new sources of income, and reduce expenses, thus allowing other
departments to focus on their primary responsibilities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Provide primary support for the company's platform applications
which includes planning, implementing, maintaining, and
Participates in short and long-range planning for the department to
select and utilize appropriate platform applications to meet the
evolving needs of the company and its customers.
Responds to needs and questions of platform users concerning their
access to various platforms and the operation of various platforms;
communicates with other departments to report and resolve platform
problems and build and test new products; consults with other
departments to report upgrades to the platforms; consults with
other departments on compliance with the processes of the various

Knowledge and Skills:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
