ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON and SERVICE LABORERS (Commercial Roofs)CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreperson and Service Laborers.ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSONJob Responsibilities - Ability to diagnose roof leaks, and - Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs. - Small repair jobs and roof maintenanceJob Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety. - Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs - Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. - Authorized to work in the United States - Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required. - Must pass pre-employment drug test. - Service Helper experience preferred, but not required.SERVICE LABORERSJob Qualifications - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet - Able to work within a team environment - At least 18 years of age or older - Authorized to work in the United States - Have reliable transportation - Must pass a pre-employment Drug test - Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not requiredCentiMark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities. -We offer a competitive wage and excellent benefits, including:
