A New Car Dealership in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring now for an Automotive Title Clerk. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work without supervision, and be able to fill in for the Operator/Cashier when necessary. Experience is required. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and can assist with processing paperwork for the DMV. We value our employees and invest in their success.

  Responsibilities - Title Clerk:
  
  
• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, match the consignor checks daily to the title, and invoice
  
• Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
  
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner
  
• Accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
  
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
  
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
