Part Time Weekday Evenings & Part Time Dayshift Weekends Available

SUMMARY:

Keeps Stones River Manor in clean and orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways and office space
• Empties residents trash and garbage containers
• Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities
• Cleans and replaces air conditioner filters
• Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment
• Tests emergency lighting and fire extinguishers
• Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk
• Spreads salt on puolic walkways to prevent ice buildup QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
