Job Description:

Role and ResponsibilitiesAccepts assignment with an individual, or team, of Loan Originators.May completes residential mortgage loan applications within assignment.Assists consumers in identifying proper residential mortgage loan products.Advertises and communicates to the general public the loan origination services.Complete all internal required continuing education courses assigned in the time they are due.Exercise proficiency with all technology requirements including, but not limited to: Encompass, Compensafe, FCM Knowledge Center, AUS systems, BAI Learning.Represent FCM, both ethically and professionally, with a positive attitude and demeanor. Provide superior customer service, while exemplifying FCM as the Lender of Choice in community.Uphold all internal and regulatory compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures, as hosted in the FCM Knowledge Center.Attend all required staff meetings.Report hours of work to management when due.Complete mandatory new employee orientation.Maintain requirements of the NMLS registration process.Other duties as assigned
