  • Work collaboratively to manage client files from start to finish.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
  • Communicate updates clearly and promptly to clients.
  • Manage live calls, emails, and team chats while maintaining Salesforce records.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure clients understand every step of the process.What You Bring:

    • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

    • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite.
