TEMP to HIRE

Job Description:

We are currently seeking MIG Welders to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidates will have solid MIG welding skills, be safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 7:30am to 3:30pm(M-F)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years MIG welding experience

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding according to blueprints and specifications

Ensure high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

2 years of MIG welding experience

Must provide a resume

Must pass a welding test and interview with the client

Must own steel toe boots and a welding helmet

Ability to work overtime as needed

Additional Information:

Pre-employment drug screening and background check are mandatory
