Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift:7:30 a.m. - 3:30 pm(Monday - Friday)
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking MIG Welder Helper to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidates will have solid Structural MIG welding skills, be safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months- 1 year MIG welding experience
Responsibilities:
Perform tacking, cleaning, and floating withing the facility.
Also perform Sturctural MIG welding as needed according to blueprints and specifications
Ensure high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
6 month - 1 year of MIG welding experience
Must provide a resume
Must pass a welding test and interview with the client
Must own steel toe boots and a welding helmet
Ability to work overtime as needed


Must pass drug and background check screening
