First -Team Staffing is currently hiring Forklift Operators. -We have both day shift and overnight shifts available for Cherry Pickers/ Reach Trucks/ Sit Down Forklift positions in a warehouse environment. Temp to hire process 520 hours -Apply Online: https://hrcenter.ontempworks.com/en/FirstTeamStaffing/In Person: 5526 Old Hickory Blvd Hermitage, TN 37076Office: 615-391-9950 -Available Shifts7a-330p Monday through Friday8a-430p Monday through Friday330p-1200a Monday through Friday -Our Forklift Operators and Material Handlers help us achieve our goals by successfully completing the following tasks:Operate forklift or other hand truck.Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.Adhere to company quality and customer service standards.Perform cycle counts as required.Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.Identify safety hazards in the workplace. - -Our ideal Forklift Operators and Material Handlers will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:6 months forklift experience in the last 18 months.Maintain a high regard for safety in the workplace.Great time management.Basic mathematics.Experienced in the use of RF Scanners. - -Experience:Forklift: 1 year (Preferred) -Pay Frequency:WeeklyRequired qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:
  • 18 years or older
