Short Description: This key role helps determine the strategic
direction of the department's core activities through the precise
measurement and monthly tracking of key performance metrics
surrounding Customer Service interactions with Consumers, Better
Business Bureau,etc
Complete Description: This key role helps determine the strategic
direction of the department's core activities through the precise
measurement and monthly tracking of key performance metrics
surrounding Customer Service interactions with Consumers, Better
Business Bureau, State Agencies and Third Party Consumer Advocate
agencies
The successful candidate will use these metrics and syndicated
studies to determine the impact of our dispute resolution efforts
against a variety of satisfaction metrics: Settlements, Repurchase,
Trade Assist, and Retention. In turn, correlating recovery efforts
in the areas of Service Contracts, Sales Tax, and auction
sales.
This position will also be responsible for guiding management in
the recovery process of all vehicles, development and tracking
processes across two functional groups and coordinating reporting
both internally and externally. Thereby requiring working knowledge
of market analysis, data trending, and a fundamental understanding
of market trends using complex data.
Supervises Vendor to ensure all processes are being followed.
Manage database tool for Customer Support. Continuously look for
ways to improve the accuracy of the file and methodology. Regularly
measure the effectiveness of processes and actuals and investigate
variances to the business plan.
Is responsible for monthly creation/update of Customer Support
tracking reports and dashboards. Leads the collection and
consolidation of data for reports and executive presentations.
Prepare, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual results
for management.
Coordinates with management to monitor the Customer Support
vehicles to ensure that each responsible department participates
with applicable activities.
Create/manipulate large data sets with precision, draw numerical
relationships, and create compelling PowerPoint presentations for
the Executive level.
As necessary, performs other special projects of which the above
are not representative.

Job Knowledge and Skill:
Advanced computer systems knowledge, analytical ability, strong
verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational
skills to effectively interface with internal and external
departments. Independent decision-making and strategic thinking.
Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to
successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to
detail and problem solving skills required.
Experience:
Five years of directly related experience at a professional level
in a fast- paced environment. Experience with CRM systems, call
centers, or automotive industry. Superior analytical skills and
strong abilities to communicate quantitative findings succinctly.
Able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive and positive
approach to responsibilities and tasks. Proven ability to
multi-task and manage multiple projects. Ability to research,
simplify, and accurately present difficult concepts and information
to executive management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a
related discipline. MBA or Masters in related field preferred.
Computer Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Professional Suite, with emphasis
in Excel and Power Point. Experience with CRM systems (e.g.
Salesforce, Seibel) and data analysis/reporting (e.g. Business
objects, Tableau, SAP, Access).
